‘The Corridor’, recently aired on ifilm, is a movie much reviewed by Iranian critics; we thought you deserve a share, in the following few installments.
Critic 1: Ali Farsi
Besides the characters of the father and the son, that of the mother is also well developed. She plays a central role, as well as that of a background function, and fixes everything up.
The attractive role could take more room in the screenplay, but its power comes in its being a backstage personality.
The love between the man and the woman is, with no strings attached or embroidery, quite realistic and tangible. Had she been more observant of her dress code, we could have introduced her as a full-fledged representative of the folks out there in the society.
